تأثير حمض البوريك B(OH)3 علي الصرصور الألماني.

أجريت الدراسة علي مجموعة من بالغات وحوريات الصرصور الألماني وقسمت الي مجاميع، المجموعة الأولى شملت 40 ذكور وإناث موزعة علي أربع مجاميع بالتساوي، المجموعة الثانية شملت طور الحوريات بنفس العدد السابق وبنفس المجاميع ، وأظهرت النتائج كالتالي عند تركيز ppm 5000 ماتت بعد أربعة أيام الحوريات وبنسبة 20% وعند تعرضها لجرعة من حمض البوريك مات حميع أفراد العينة بعد 11 يوم ، أما البالغات فيلاحظ موت 40% من أفرادها خلال الثلاثة أيام الأولى وماتت جميع البالغات بعد فترة 9 أيام ، وبالمقارنة بين الاختباريين يلاحظ من خلال التحليل الأحصائي عدم وجود فروق معنوية P=0.05.
