DEAR ABBY: my family and i retired 5 years ago. I’ve adequate savings plus an pension that is excellent us to call home easily.
I took up an interest 3 years ago that creates about $5,000 in yearly income, which I put away in a separate bank-account. My partner asked, “what exactly are you saving that money for? ” We stated maybe a classic automobile, helping with a family group reunion ( on my side), etc. She responded, “We should be on the exact same page about exactly how it gets invested because 50 % of it really is mine. ”
