شروط وقواعد النشر
المجلة الليبية لعلوم وتكنولوجيا البيئة مجلة علمية تصدر عن المركز الليبي لدراسات وبحوث علوم وتكنولوجيا البيئة ، تختص بنشر البحوث الاكاديمية في مجالات الدراسات والتقنيات البيئية باللغتين العربية والانجليزية .وهى تصدر بشكل نصف سنوي اي مرتين في كل عام. و يتم تحرير المجلة من قبل فريق تحكيم علمي متخصص يعمل على تقييم البحوث المرسلة الى المجلة. حيث ترسل كل مسودة بحث الى خبيرين اثنين على الاقل لتقييمها من كل الجوانب ووفق نموذج استمارة معد لهذا الغرض ، ولا يتم نشر اي مسودة دون اجازتها من قبل المحكمين.

• التغيرات في النظم الإيكولوجية البحرية والمياه العذبة والأرضية
• التقييم والرصد الحيوي للملوثات
• التلوث البيئي ( الهواء ،الماء ،التربة)
• الزراعة والغابات واستخدام الأراضي وإدارتها
• السموم البيئية وتقييم المخاطر
• الضوضاء والتلوث الإشعاعي
• المركبات العضوية في البيئة
• المصادر الطبيعية والدورات البيئية
• المعالجات البيئية
• النفايات السائلة والصلبة ومعالجتها
• النفط والمعالجات الحيوية
• تآكل التربة وتدهورها
• تصحر الأراضي وإعادة تأهيلها
• علم الأحياء المجهرية البيئية
• كيمياء المياه الجوفية
مواعيد النشر :
تصدر المجلة مرتين في السنة ، خلال شهري يونيو وديسمبر.
قواعد النشر :
أ. مسؤوليات المؤلفين :
• التأكد من موضوع مخطوط الورقة يتناسب مع محاور النشر في المجلة
• أن يكون المخطوط المقدم للنشر أصيل وعدم تقديمه للنشر في مكان اخر سواء بنفس اللغة أو بلغات مختلفة.
• كتابة النص بلغة جيدة خالية من الاخطاء اللغوية.
• أن يحتوي المخطوط على العنوان والملخص ، والكلمات االدالة، المقدمة ، طرق البحث ، النتائج ، المناقشة والمراجع.
• استخدام نظام الوحدات الدولية.
• يمكن استخدام الاختصارات العلمية شريطة ذكرها عند استخدامها لأول مرة في النص.
• ترقيم و تسمية الأشكال والجداول وفقا لذكرها في المخطوط.
• ترسل مسودة البحوث مصحوبة برسالة احالة في صيغة ملف Microsoft Office Word الي البريد الالكتروني: ljeested@gmail.com
ب. المراجعة والتحكيم
• مراجعة وتحكيم المخطوطات هي عملية التقييم التي تتم لمخطوطات المقدمة للمجلة من قبل الخبراء الذين لا يكونون في العادة جزءًا من هيئة التحرير. وتقع على عاتق المجلة مسؤولية ضمان وجود أنظمة لاختيار المراجعين المناسبين.
• يتم تقييم جميع المخطوطات المرسلة في البداية من قبل المحررين لتقييم مدى ملاءمتها للمجلة. ثم ترسل عادة المخطوطات التي تعتبر مناسبة إلى ما لا يقل عن اثنين من الخبراء لتقييم الجودة العلمية للمخطوط.
• ترفض المخطوطات التي لا يتناسب مع محاور النشر في المجلة مباشرة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك ، سيتم رفض المخطوطات التي لا تستوفي الحد الأدنى من الجودة والأصالة
• بعد القبول ، سوف يستلم المؤلفون ملاحظات المحكمين لصياغة المخطوط في شكلة النهائي ( باستخدام قالب النشر Template LJEEST ( قبل النشر .
ج. مسؤوليات المحكمين :
• يقوم المراجعون بتقييم المخطوطات المقدمة للمجلة بناءً على المعايير المحددة مسبقًا من قبل المجلة للحكم على جودة ودقة مخطوط البحث المقدم. وعليهم تقديم ملاحظاتهم ، وتقديم توصية إلى المحرر حول قبول أو رفض أو طلب تغييرات على المخطوط.
• على المحكمين الالتزام بالوقت المحدد من قبل المجلة لإرسال نتيجة التحكيم.
• الموضوعية وعدم التحيز او ابداء الآراء الشخصية عند تحكيم أي مخطوط.
• السرية وعدم استخدام المعلومات الواردة في أى مخطوط قبل نشره
د. مسؤوليات ادارة التحرير :
• ادارة الاستراتيجية العامة للمجلة
• اختيار المحكمين وفقا لخبراتهم ومجال اهتمامهم.
• يجب على المحررين أن يتاكدوا من سرية عملية مراجعة المخطوط
• تقوم المجلة مباشرة بحذف نسخ من المخطوطة من نظام تحرير المجلة في حال رفض المخطوطة
حقوق النشر
في حال قبول المخطوط للنشر فانه على المؤلف ارسال بيان نقل حقوق النشر من المؤلف إلى المجلة الليبية للعلوم والتكنولوجيا البيئية والبيئية لتمكين الناشر من نشر أعمال المؤلف. كما يجب على المؤلفين تقديم موافقة خطية بأنهم لن ينشروا البحث العلمي في أي مجلة أخرى

The LJEEST Journal publishes high-quality original academic research articles in Arabic or English languages. LJEEST Journal is a forum for research in the field of Ecological & Environmental Sciences and Technology:

• Groundwater hydrogeochemistry and modelling
• Land desertification, rehabilitation and restoration
• Liquid & soiled Waste and treatment
• Noise and radiation pollution
• Organic compounds in the environment
• Petroleum and Environmental Biotechnology
• Soil Erosion and degradation
• Stress ecology in marine, freshwater & terrestrial ecosystems
Frequency and Date of Publication.
The LJEEST Journal shall be published twice a year, on June and December.
The role of Authors
o Authors considering whether to submit a manuscript to LJEEST need to ensure that the main focus of the manuscript relates to one or more of the core subjects listed in ‘Main subjects covered’
o Articles submitted for publication must be original and must not have been submitted to any other publication (Duplicate Submission). Authors should not submit the same manuscript, in the same or different languages.
o The manuscript text must write in good language
o The manuscript must contain the title and abstract, keywords, introduction, methodology, results, discussion, Acknowledgment (if available) and references.
o The system of international units must be used.
o Scientific abbreviations may be used provided that they are mentioned when first used in the text.
o Captions of figures and tables should be numbered consecutively according to their occurrence in the manuscript. When mentioned in the text, the same consecutive numbers should be used
o The authors requested to submit their manuscript in the draft word file to ljeested@gmail.com
o Cover Letter: the corresponding author must state explicitly in a paragraph how the paper fits the Aims and Scope of the journal.
Peer Reviewers
o Peer review is the critical assessment of manuscripts submitted to journal by experts who are usually not part of the editorial staff. It is the responsibility of the journal to ensure that systems are in place for selection of appropriate reviewers.
o This journal operates a treble blind review process. All contributions will be initially assessed by the editor for suitability for the journal. Manuscripts deemed suitable are then typically sent to a minimum of two independent expert reviewers to assess the scientific quality of the paper.
o All manuscripts submitted to LJEEST will reviewed in which reviewers are not informed who are the authors of the paper, as well as the authors not knowing the reviewers.
o Manuscripts that do not fall within the scope of LJEEST will directly rejected. In addition, manuscripts that fail to meet a minimum threshold for quality and originality will be rejected.
o After acceptance, corresponding authors will receive the comments and LJEEST template to put the article in correct format.
The role of a Reviewer
o Reviewers evaluate article submissions to the journal based on the requirements of the journal, predefined criteria, and the quality, completeness and accuracy of the research presented. They provide feedback on the paper, suggest improvements and make a recommendation to the editor about whether to accept, reject or request changes to the article
o Reviewers should be asked at the time they are asked to critique a manuscript if they have conflicts of interest that could complicate their review.
o Reviewers must disclose to editors any conflicts of interest that could bias their opinions of the manuscript, and should recuse themselves from reviewing specific manuscripts if the potential for bias exists.
o Reviewers must not use knowledge of the work they’re reviewing before its publication to further their own interests.
The Journal should notify reviewers of the ultimate decision to accept or reject a paper.
The role of the Editors and Journal Staff
o Directing the overall strategy of the journal
o Assigning manuscripts for review appropriate to each reviewer’s area of interest and expertise
o Editors must make clear that reviewers should keep manuscripts, associated material, and the information they contain strictly confidential.
o When a manuscript is rejected, the journal directly will delete copies of the manuscript from the editorial systems
Timelines
If a journal has no intention of proceeding with a manuscript, editors should endeavour to reject the manuscript as soon as possible to allow authors to submit to a different journal.
Copyright
Statement transferring copyright from the authors to the Libyan Journal of Ecological & Environmental Sciences and Technology (LJEEST) to enable the publisher to disseminate the author’s work to the fullest extent is required before the manuscript can be accepted for publication. The authors should submit a written consent that they will not publish the paper by any other way.
